Every service shows a status badge in your portal. Here's what each one means.
- Requested
- Ordered and waiting on an engineer's approval check. Nothing is built yet.
- Provisioning
- Being built right now. The page checks progress by itself — no need to reload.
- Active
- Live and running.
- Suspended
- Paused. Usually an unpaid renewal — settle the invoice and it comes back.
- Cancelled
- Terminated. The resource has been destroyed.
If a service is stuck in provisioning for much longer than a few minutes, open a ticket from the service page and we'll look into it.
