Terms of service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. The agreement
These terms govern use of the Nintech website, client portal, and hosting services by business customers. Bespoke engagements (AI and engineering projects) are governed by their written proposals; where those documents are silent, these terms apply.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform at risk; where practical we contact you first through your tickets.
3. Ordering and fulfilment
Server orders are placed through the portal and fulfilled by engineers. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in your ticket. Provisioning targets and support response times are described on the Hosting and Security pages.
4. Payment
Hosting is billed monthly at the plan price agreed in your order ticket, payable by invoice, bank transfer, or USDT (TRC-20). Invoices are due within 14 days. We may suspend service for accounts more than 30 days overdue, after notice in the ticket.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Nintech infrastructure for unlawful content, attacks on third parties, spam, or crypto-mining on plans not sold for it. We act on abuse reports and may suspend offending servers immediately where the risk to others requires it.
6. Your data
Your data stays yours. We access customer servers only to fulfil tickets you raise or to protect the platform, and we handle personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
7. Service levels
Uptime targets and response times per tier are stated on the Hosting page. Where we miss a target materially and repeatedly, your remedy is service credit agreed in the ticket; these targets are commitments of effort and priority, not insurance.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel any server through a ticket at any time; service ends at the close of the paid period unless we agree otherwise. We provide a final export of your data before decommissioning.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid for the affected service in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
