How fast is a server provisioned?
Most Cloud VPS orders provision automatically the moment payment clears — usually live within minutes. Larger orders get a quick approval check from an engineer first, and services we build by hand (GPU, dedicated, colocation) are scheduled with you. Your order ticket shows every status change as it happens.
How do I pay for hosting?
You pay at checkout — card, bank transfer, or USDT (TRC-20). Pricing is the flat monthly figure shown on the plan; no metered surprises. You can save a card for future renewals, and choose per service whether it renews automatically.
How do I cancel?
Cancel a service yourself from its page in the portal — you confirm by typing the service ID, and it stops there and then. Cancelling permanently deletes the service and its data, and the current period is not refunded, so take any copies you need first. Services we decommission by hand instead offer a cancellation request, and an engineer handles it with you.
Are backups included?
It depends on the service. Managed databases include daily backups with 7-day retention and point-in-time recovery. On Cloud VPS and Managed WordPress, off-site backups are an optional add-on (weekly, with four weeks of retention) — they are not switched on by default, so add them at checkout or ask us. Object storage offers versioning on the 1 TB plans and up.
Can you migrate my existing server?
Yes — migration assistance is free on Core tiers and above. Open a ticket with your current provider details and an engineer will plan and execute the move with you, including a cutover window you approve.
