What exactly does Nintech do?
Three things: we build LLM and AI systems (fine-tuning, RAG, agents, evaluation), we take on advanced software engineering work (distributed systems, performance, security, modernization), and we run managed infrastructure — VPS, GPU compute, managed apps, game servers, domains, and secure services — through a ticket-based client portal.
How does an engagement start?
Send a brief through the contact form or your portal. A senior engineer reads it the same day, we reply within one business day, and if it fits we run a scoping call and return a written proposal with milestones and price.
Who owns the code and models?
You do. All code, fine-tuned weights, eval sets, and documentation are delivered to your repositories under your ownership. We retain nothing beyond what the contract requires for support.
How does billing work?
Engagements are scoped and invoiced per milestone or month. Hosting is priced per plan and arranged inside your order ticket — invoice, bank transfer, or USDT. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no card-on-file.
Hosting & domains
How fast is a server provisioned?
Orders are fulfilled by engineers, not scripts. VPS and game servers are typically live within a few business hours; GPU nodes and managed app environments within one business day. Your order ticket shows every status change as it happens.
Can you register or transfer my domain?
Yes. Search and register new domains from the domains page, or start a transfer with your current registrar details — an engineer handles the move in a ticket and confirms cutover with you. DNS is managed alongside your hosting.
Where is my data hosted?
You choose the region per server: London, Frankfurt, or Virginia. UK and EU residency options are available for regulated workloads, and we align our handling with UK GDPR.
Security & support
What secure services do you offer?
Encrypted business email on your domain, managed WireGuard VPN for teams, and SSL certificates provisioned and renewed for you. Each is ordered like any other service and set up by an engineer in your ticket.
Who answers support tickets?
