Delivery

1. What delivery costs
UK delivery is a flat £9.99 per order. If the physical items in your order come to £150.00 or more (excluding VAT), delivery is free. Digital items never carry a delivery charge, and an order containing only digital items has nothing to ship at all. The exact delivery line is always shown at checkout before you pay.
2. When your order is dispatched
Every order is paid at checkout and then reviewed by an engineer before anything ships — see how that review works. From approval: items shown as in stock or low stock ship in 2–3 working days. Built-to-order items — custom PCs and laptops, and configure-to-order servers and NAS — take longer to assemble and test: allow 5–7 working days. Each product page shows which applies before you buy.
3. Tracked couriers
Physical orders are sent by tracked courier. We email you the tracking reference when your order is dispatched, so you can follow the parcel to your door. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a reasonable time and keep the packaging — it makes the courier claim faster and does not affect your rights.
4. Digital delivery
Digital products — VPN configurations, software licences, and certificates — are delivered to your Nintech portal, usually within minutes of the order being confirmed. Nothing is posted and there is no delivery charge.
5. Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. If you want an order delivered outside the UK, use the contact page before ordering and we will confirm whether we can help and what it would cost.
6. Returns and problems
Changed your mind, or something arrived faulty? Our Refunds & returns policy covers the 14-day cooling-off period, the exemption for custom-built configurations, faulty goods, and how each payment method is refunded. For anything else, open a ticket from your portal or use the contact page — an engineer replies within one business day.
