Cancellation & refunds

1. Pay first, engineer review
Every order is paid at checkout. After payment, an engineer reviews it — stock, configuration, and whether we can genuinely deliver what you ordered. If we do not approve your order, we refund it in full to the original payment method and email you the reason. We never keep money for an order we have not accepted.
2. Changing your mind — the 14-day cooling-off period
If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery of physical goods to cancel for any reason. Tell us within those 14 days (a portal ticket or the contact page is fine), then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we can reduce the refund if their value is diminished by handling beyond that. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back — or of your proof of postage if that comes first — including standard outbound delivery. Return postage is yours to pay unless the goods are faulty.
3. Custom-built PCs
PCs built to your chosen configuration are goods made to your specification, which the regulations exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right — so a completed custom build cannot be returned just for a change of mind. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected: a custom build that arrives defective is covered exactly like anything else we sell.
4. Hosting and digital services
Hosting is a service: it begins when our engineers provision your server after approval, at your request. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before provisioning starts. If provisioning has already started when you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we refund pro-rata — the price minus the portion of the service already provided. After the cooling-off period, cancellation works as described in the Terms: service runs to the end of the paid period.
5. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty you have 30 days from delivery to reject them for a full refund. After 30 days we repair or replace first; if we cannot do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject. Fault returns cost you nothing — we cover the postage.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way the money came. Card payments are refunded through Stripe to the same card, typically appearing within 5–10 business days. Bank transfers are refunded to the account that paid. USDT payments are refunded in USDT for the GBP amount due, converted at the exchange rate at the time we send the refund — the token amount may therefore differ from what you originally sent; what we guarantee is the GBP value, not the token count. We confirm every refund by email.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Open a ticket from your portal — fastest, since it is already linked to your order — or use the contact page. Include the order number and, for goods, whether the packaging has been opened. An engineer replies within one business day.
