Manage your domain's DNS records

Point your domain at a server, add a record, or change your nameservers.

Last reviewed 25 July 2026

Open Domains in your portal and choose the domain you want to change. Its DNS records are listed on the domain's page, where you can add new ones or delete records you no longer need.

  1. Go to Domains and open the domain.
  2. Find the DNS records section.
  3. Add a record with its type, name, and value.
  4. Save. Changes propagate across the internet — usually within minutes.

To point a domain at one of your Nintech servers, add an A record whose value is the server's IPv4 address. You'll find that address under Connection details on the server's page.

Using your domain with our managed email? Those records are set up for you when you connect the domain — you don't need to add them by hand.

If you'd rather host DNS elsewhere, change the nameservers on the same page. Note that moving nameservers away means records you keep here stop taking effect.

Still stuck?

Open a ticket and a senior engineer will pick it up — usually the same business day.
