Connect your domain to email

Point your domain at our mail service and what the DNS records do.

Last reviewed 25 July 2026

Managed email runs on your own domain. Connecting it sets up the mail service, creates your first mailbox, and tells you which DNS records to publish.

  1. Open your email service and enter your domain plus the name of your first mailbox.
  2. Choose “Connect domain”. Your first mailbox password is shown once — save it.
  3. If your domain is registered with Nintech, the DNS records are added for you automatically.
  4. If it's registered elsewhere, copy the records shown on the page into your DNS host.

The page then waits for DNS to propagate — it checks progress by itself and switches over once mail starts routing to us. This usually takes minutes, but can take a few hours depending on your DNS host.

The records cover mail delivery (MX) and sender authentication (SPF and DKIM), which is what stops your mail landing in spam. We publish them correctly for you.
